We had a great time. The campground is very nice and most sites offer privacy nestled in the woods. The hiking trail around the lake is a must do. The kids enjoyed the beach area. Full review by Nanette D

It's open all winter but staff is there very limited hours. So if you want to rent canoes you have to pick the times when they're there. But we've gone on hikes there year round.

Depends on your rig. Center circle more for pull thru, tents on edges. More highway noise on north side. Lake closer on south, but more hikers and kids. Green grass on west side, but sprinklers keep tents off at night. All different sizes of sites, so it depends on your group and rigs.
