Elijah Blue Allman, Cher's son with songwriter Gregg Allman, was hospitalized this weekend after authorities found him "acting erratically" in Southern California. According to Los Angeles Times, Allman was rushed to the hospital on June 14.

Sources told TMZ that Cher, 79, is focused on her son’s well-being and is “doing everything she can to get him the help he needs.”
