Stock futures are little changed Thursday as investors digest quarterly results from major companies and await further developments in President Donald Trump's feud with Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell.

Nvidia ( NVDA 4.08%) became the first company to reach $4 trillion in market cap on Wednesday -- an incredible feat considering the company was worth a fraction of tech giants Apple and Microsoft just a few years ago.

In the early trading, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 0.5% at 44,459.85. The broad-based S&P 500 gained 0.2% to 6,277.12, while the tech-rich Nasdaq Composite Index advanced 0.3% to 20,784.75.
