Newly-released photos of the person of interest in the murder of conservative activist Charlie Kirk have provided a clearer picture of the most wanted man in America. The Utah Department of Public Safety and the Salt Lake City branch of the FBI released four more security camera images of the man on Thursday.
Conservative activist was shot and killed at Utah Valley University.
Following the shooting of Charlie Kirk, the FBI has released photos of a person of interest described as "college age" as investigators are appealing to the public for tips.
On Thursday, Sept. 11, Utah Governor Spencer Cox held a press conference to discuss the arrest of the suspect. Cox explained that law enforcement has received over 7,000 tips so far. He noted that it is the largest number of tips the FBI has received since the Boston Marathon bombing in 2013.
The sniper who assassinated Charlie Kirk is believed to have jumped off a roof and fled into a neighborhood after firing one shot and has not been identified, authorities said Thursday.
