U.S. flags across Pennsylvania are half-staff today and won't lower until later this week. Here's what to know.

Gov. Kay Ivey has ordered flags lowered to half-staff in honor of conservative influencer and Turning Point USA CEO Charlie Kirk, who was shot and killed Wednesday during an event at Utah Valley University, reports AL.com’s Patrick Darrington.
