Guenther Steiner and the Haas F1 team have reached a resolution to their very public legal dispute surrounding the non-renewal of the former's contract.

Guenther Steiner was a prominent figure at Haas F1 from the team's start in 2014 up until the end of the 2023 season. Known for his candid demeanor and popularity from his appearances on Netflix 's Drive to Survive, his leadership saw Haas achieve its best performance in 2018, when the team finished fifth in the Constructors' Championship.

Haas F1 have shared to GPblog that their former team principal, Guenther Steiner, has reportedly with his filed lawsuit against the team. The two parties reportedly reached an agreement during mediation proceedings that lasted more than 28 hours.

Having left his team principal position before the start of the 2024 Formula 1 season, Steiner had launched court action against former side Haas in April
