Adam Scott is one shot out of the lead heading into the final round of the U.S. Open. The 44-year-old Aussie is the only player in the top 10 at Oakmont who has won a major.

The National Weather Service reports that the weather in the Oakmont, Pennsylvania, area on Sunday is expected to feature rain showers in the morning and scattered showers throughout the day, with a high of around 76 degrees.

Sam Burns make a mockery of Oakmont's brutal challenge with a brilliant round to take the US Open lead. This is the eighth time Burns has held the 36-hole lead since he joined the PGA Tour (his first in a major) and his conversion rate is not good to say the least.
