Kerrville, Texas resident Greg Adkins is expressing thanks to the numerous volunteers who have come to help following the catastrophic floods in central Texas.

In many places devasted by the July 4 flooding in Kerr County, volunteers are removing debris and helping with remediation often done by hired contractors
