The tool lets system administrators create and update the Enterprise Mode site list, without directly editing the XML, and works only with Enterprise Mode IE.

With the April update in place, the Enterprise Site Discovery Toolkit can now use "XML as an output option" when devising such remediation inventories.

Greater control If you open your site list in the latest version of the Enterprise Mode Site List Manager it will set DoNotTransition as False for all the sites already on the list.
