Seniors interested in learning computer basics — starting with how to turn one on — can now take free classes taught by their peers at the Ed Brown Center.

Topics for these online group computer classes include Introduction to Basics of Computer Use, Searching and Learning, Online Safety, and more.

In order to take free basic computer classes seniors must be aged 55 or better and Harris County residents. Please bring a valid Texas photo ID to registration. Why take computer classes at Glazier?

The classes can be taught one-on-one or in group sessions and they're done over Zoom. If someone hasn't used Zoom before, GetSetup says they're ready to help seniors figure that out too.
