On your desktop, head to sheets.google.com and open up the document you want to organize data in. Choose either a column or row you want to alphabetize in Google Sheets.
Can you post a sample plist file along with an explanation of just what you hope to alphabetize? It might be pretty simple, but would vary depending on the composition of the property list.
