You can add Facebook posts to your Buffer queue using the link right next to the Share link. The really cool part of Buffer is that you can add posts to your queue from within Twitter or Facebook.

If you link the accounts, you no longer need to write the same post twice; Twitter posts your new tweets on your Facebook Timeline as status updates automatically.

Properly-shaped posts on Twitter and Facebook have potential to heighten your popularity and grow your brand, but don't treat the two platforms the same way.
