Defense contractors on Thursday unveiled one of the most advanced humanoid robots ever built as part of the DARPA Virtual Robotics Challenge in Waltham, Mass.

Ameca boasts hyper-realistic facial expressions, thanks to the 17 motors inside her head, and is fluent in Japanese, English, German, Chinese, French and other languages.
