NASA will return four astronauts to Earth early from the International Space Station due to a medical concern with one of the Crew-11 astronauts.

Four astronauts will return from the International Space Station more than a month ahead of schedule after an unnamed crew member experienced a medical issue.

Dr. James Polk, NASA's chief health and medical officer, said this is the first medical evacuation to occur in the International Space Station's 25-year history.
