OU men's basketball defeated OSU 85-76 Saturday at Paycom Center. The Sooners (7-3) finished the game with a 6-0 run to put away the Cowboys (9-1).

A 7-0 turned into a 19-8 one as Oklahoma rallied to beat Oklahoma State in the home of the Thunder on Saturday.

Xzayvier Brown scored 21 and Nijel Pack added 18 as OU withstood a late OSU push, handing the Cowboys their first loss of the season in the 85-76 rivalry victory.
