Texans are tuning out more than Amber Alerts, with the highest opt-out rate in the country for wireless emergency alerts.
The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division will conduct a statewide AMBER Alert test on Wednesday, March 25. The test will include a message on the SLED website and an alert tone sent to cell phones.
