Ukrainian authorities today denounced Russia's Oreshnik missile attack near the NATO frontier as a "war crime", after the SBU security service unveiled what it called the "brain" of Vladimir Putin's so-called "unstoppable" terror weapon.

The hypersonic Oreshnik intermediate range ballistic missile hit Ukraine’s western Lviv region late Thursday night, although officials there did not mention any casualties.
