Saturday July 19th is a First Alert Weather Day. The potential exists for s Saturday afternoon and early evening. Any thunderstorms could produce damaging winds, hail and possibly an isolated tornado.
Much of the lower peninsula faces a slight (2/5) risk of severe storms Saturday. All modes of severe weather are possible.
Daytime highs will be in the upper 70s and mid-to-low 80s, which is warmer than the past few days. With the humidity, it could feel a bit warmer out. Most of Friday will be partly cloudy to sunny, but this evening we are forecasting to see storms develop in western Siouxland.

A Flash Flood Warning has been issued for northwestern Franklin County, Henry County, northeastern Jefferson County, eastern Oldham County, northern Shelby County, and southeastern Trimble County until 6 p.m. This means damaging winds, hail and frequent lightning are possible. Heavy downpours are also expected.
