Air India faces fresh turbulence following last week’s fatal crash as additional safety inspections on its Dreamliner fleet lead to flight delays, cancellations and growing passenger anxiety.

Terminal 3 of the Delhi airport is normally marked by a steady hum of activity. Cackling noises, crying babies, smiling faces, and the sound of movement. This day was different.
