A former star at Imhotep Charter, Edwards went undrafted last summer but quickly showed his value to the Sixers. His new deal includes two guaranteed seasons.

Prior to signing with the 76ers, Edwards spent his lone collegiate season at Kentucky, averaging 8.8 points and 3.4 rebounds in 32 games. He also led Philadelphia’s Imhotep Charter High School to consecutive Pennsylvania State titles in his junior and senior seasons from 2021-23.

The Philadelphia 76ers made it official on Sunday with the re-signing of second-year forward Justin Edwards. The Sixers brought him back on a 3-year deal after he produced good numbers and overall play as an undrafted rookie.
