Adventure Time: The Movie is only in the developmental stages as of this moment, but don't be surprised if there's some rapid movement on this title in the coming year.

Quite easily the most notable of all of them is that Adventure Time, the classic Cartoon Network series, is getting a movie (via Variety).

Warner Bros. has an Adventure Time movie in the works; the show's creator, Pendleton Ward, will have a hand in writing and producing the feature version.

But with the end of Adventure Time just around the corner, what of the much-rumored Adventure Time movie that has been supposedly in the works since 2015?
