Google already offers a clear look at trending searches on its Search engine, and it looks like similar functionality is now going live on the Play Store.

In its biggest expansion since 2012, Google trends rolled out a number of new updates today, including real-time data and a redesigned homepage.

Google Trends began rolling out a new design for the trending now page a day or so ago. The new design seems to give you more filter options and provide more keyword data on the same page.

Google Trends now ranks the most searched for people, places and things in 40+ categories, also releases visual trending product.

In addition to Material 3 actively rolling out to Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides, Google Trends is now the latest website to get a redesign.
