President Donald Trump's administration is threatening to ax federal funding if Ohio's youth prisons don't remove references to transgender people from sexual education materials.

Many of the state's sea turtle nests had hatched before Hurricane Erin passed offshore but those still incubating suffered overwash, and some nests were entirely lost.
