Growing wildfires in Chelan County, including the Labor Mountain and Lower Sugarloaf fires, have forced officials to expand "go now" evacuation orders for areas like Nahum Canyon and Warner Canyon Valley.

Chelan County Emergency Management has upgraded the evacuation status for all of Blewett Pass to Level 3 "Go Now! Do Not Delay!" The affected area is Ingalls Creek Rd and the Valley Hi community. UPDATE: September 25 at 6:25 p.m.

However, according to the Chelan County Sheriff’s Office, the U.S. Marshals “jumped the gun.” KIRO 7 News has been told the DNA results the U.S. Marshals got back was for the clothing found on the bones that were found last week.
