The Edmonton Oilers have traded Evander Kane to the Vancouver Canucks for the 117th pick in the upcoming NHL draft.

Canucks general manager Patrik Allvin believes adding Evander Kane to the lineup will make Vancouver a tougher team to play against next season.

The Edmonton Oilers did a tremendous job getting out of the Evander Kane contract by trading him to the Vancouver Canucks.

That’s great news for Evander Kane, but not so great for the Canucks.
