Man Utd have been operating at a loss for years and are staring another season without Champions League football in the face as they languish 15th in the Premier League. Manchester United plan to cut more jobs as part of a proposal they say will return the club to profitability.The club say around 150-200 jobs could be made redundant as part of the measures,

London: Manchester United said on Monday they expect to make up to 200 fresh job cuts as part of a “transformation plan” to improve the club’s financial sustainability. Around 250 employees were made redundant last year in a first wave of cost-cutting measures after INEOS chairman Jim Ratcliffe bought a stake in the Premier League club.
