Seven Southern California men have been charged in connection with the largest jewelry heist in U.S. history. The group allegedly made off with more than $100 million of jewelry from a semi truck in 2022.

An elaborate scheme to stalk and rob truck drivers hauling millions of dollars of jewelry and other high-end merchandise has resulted in criminal charges against seven alleged co-conspirators, the Justice Department announced Tuesday.

Without a single witness, prosecutors said the crew stole 24 bags from a Brinks truck filled with Rolex watches, diamond earrings, and gold necklaces.
