The announcement was made on Friday on WWE’s YouTube channel by Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque. Hosted by Joe Tessitore, the press conference included WWE Hall of Famers The Undertaker and Shawn Michaels, and major current stars: Seth Rollins, Logan Paul, Bianca Belair, Liv Morgan, Stephanie Vaquer, and Charlotte Flair.
WWE's global appeal has reached an all-time high with events being held outside of the United States on a more regular basis, including some of the company's biggest pay-per-view showcases. However, for the first time ever, WWE is now prepared to host its biggest event of them all in a foreign nation come 2027.
