A tech company whose boss was filmed hugging a colleague at a Coldplay concert has said a purported statement from him expressing remorse is fake.

Internet sleuths identified the pair at the Boston concert as Andy Byron, CEO of tech company Astronomer, and Kristin Cabot, the company's Chief People Officer. Byron was already CEO when Cabot was hired to the board in November 2024.

The CEO and head of HR’s alleged affair was exposed when they were caught cozying up at a Coldplay concert on the “kiss cam.”
