A day after several Russian drones violated Polish airspace, Prime Minister Donald Tusk warned Poles on Thursday not to fall for Moscow's disinformation campaigns and urged them also not to spread them further.
Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk said the incident “brings us the closest we have been to open conflict since World War II.”
Polish airspace was violated by at least 19 Russian drones overnight, the country's prime minister said, in a torrent of activity that triggered a response from the NATO country's air force, which scrambled and downed several of the drones.
