The Dallas Cowboys are making a major gamble on talent versus personality in their trade for George Pickens, especially after new details emerged about the receiver's perception in the Pittsburgh Steelers locker room.

Former NFL wide receiver T.J. Houshmandzadeh believes that George Pickens’ antics with the Pittsburgh Steelers were enough for them to move on from him. Houshmandzadeh says he knows people who play on the team, and he would consistently be late for events, including the team’s plane and bus departures.

HC Mike Tomlin said that he felt Pickens needed to "grow up" after the 24-year-old was flagged twice for unsportsmanlike conduct during a Week 13 victory over the Cincinnati Bengals.
