This comes as authorities are rampantly searching for Vance Boelter, who shot two Minnesota lawmakers, killing one. At a press conference earlier in the day, authorities confirmed that the suspect is not in custody and is believed to be alive.

SIBLEY COUNTY, Minn. — The man accused of killing a lawmaker and her husband and wounding another lawmaker and his wife has been arrested. 57-year-old Vance Boelter has been arrested alive in a field near his home in Sibley County, where the search concentrated Sunday.
