So I have been repeatedly trying to figure out how to get the microphone on my Mixamp to work but my xbox account wont recognize any of my headsets for some reason. Problem- At first my headset was working fine, i could hear people talk, they could hear me talk, and of course with the a40's i had amazing game audio. May 7, 2021 · Hi, I have a problem with my Astro A40 TR headset, whenever I try to plug it into the 3.5mm headphone jack on my laptop, it does not detect the device, but whenever I plug the headset in through the USB amp, it is detected and works as normal, I do not know whether this is a driver issue or an issue with my laptop. Any help would be appreciated.
