Jul 16, 2015 · Mayonator. The front sight is the same as any Glock... rear sights for the 42 and 43 are interchangeable, but they are a different size from the other models. The notch is narrower. So you can fit a sight from a 19 on there, but it will be wider than the slide. Going the other way, taking a sight off a 43 and putting it on a 19 should work fine.

Jul 31, 2019 · Otherwise I’ll get a set for the 43. It's not an assault rifle, it's a homeland defense weapon. The rear 19 sight is taller and wider compared to the 43x, so no the OEM will not fit right. The 19 rear is 6.5mm tall and the 43x is 6.1, OEM fronts are the same height and width.
