Nov 4, 2022 · I like to go to Costco early or very close to closing time to avoid crowds--especially during the holidays. The danger of buying pies at night is they might sellout during the day. Thus I would go in the early morning to buy pumpkin pie at Costco for Thanksgiving. Tuesday AM at the latest. They usually open 5-15 minutes early around Seattle.

My first time ever making pie turned out amazing, better than store bought. Pumpkin pie is much easier to make than I had thought. I've also seen gluten free graham crusts at Meijer.

Either way the pies are good in the fridge. Can’t wait to eat their pies. Wednesday morning will be the freshest and easiest.
