The best I can think of is Global ATC Simulator on Steam. There is also an android app (at least for Android) called Unmatched ATC, not the most immersive, but pretty cool considering you are running it on your phone (its freemium). ATC sim.com has some things too. These are the best I can come up with.

Jan 30, 2023 · Tower3D Pro. Perhaps this would be considered as ‘just a radar view’, but London Control is a fairly good ATC Sim for English airspace. Someone recommended Tower! 3D Pro, but Tower Simulator 3 is the new version. Phraseology is still a little dicey from time to time, but it's gorgeous and a lot of fun.

I'll give my opinion on some of them, but it might be better if you just try them out yourself, Endless ATC and ATC sim both have free versions. I've only played Endless ATC and ATC-sim, so they're the only ones I can comment on. I used to play ATC-sim a few years ago and I eventually stopped, because it got very repetitive and boring.

Apr 25, 2017 · In this sim, you can shift it in any of the 8 subcardinal directions, in reference to their relative position on the numpad: (8:N, 9:NE, 6:E, 3:SE, 2:S, 1:SW, 4:W, 7:NW). Additionally, position 5 can be used to "shortstem" the aircraft, which puts the data block right on top of the aircraft's position symbol.

Oct 6, 2020 · Just a word of caution: ATC Pro has many many many bugs and development has ceased completely on the simulator, unfortunately. There were some licensing issues with the TTS engine that was used requiring the entire sim to be transferred to a new TTS engine which was a significant hardship for the programmer at the time.

If you use FSLTL you can keep the in-game ATC audio on as background noise but do not start a flight by requesting clearance through in-game ATC.

Jul 25, 2021 · Out of all the tower sims out right now it easily takes the cake as the best and most realistic in terms of airport operations and procedures. For enroute/tracon the next best is London Control. Inside the US there's ATC simulator 2, Tracon! And ATCpro (Amazing but broken game) none of which I'd recommend. 2.
