Dec 1, 2006 · The Co–Si system is investigated via experiment and modeling. Based on the critical evaluation of the phase diagram data available in the literature, one key Co/Si diffusion couple and eight decisive alloys are prepared.
The assessed phase diagram of the Co-Si system is shown in Fig. 1, and a detail of the high-temperature equilibria between 14 and 42 at.% Si is shown in Fig. 2.
