A center section will be cut out so it acts like table leaf so I'll have a full width and a narrow version to use. This is the reason for the different tube sizes.

Jan 17, 2015 · Rubber grommet. The grommet will seal well to the metal roof and if you have more than one wire going through the middle you can seal the center with a dab of silicone or weatherstrip adhesive. Always tip. Higher quality versions of above.

Feb 25, 2015 · Towing an actual trailer with 1,500-2,000 lbs of tongue weight will see tons more than what a 500 lbs atv will do on a carrier. My truck's hitch is rated to 2,400lbs tongue max, and 17,000lbs gross trailer weight max. The deck was some scrap aluminum catwalk. I never got around to a build thread on pirate.
