Jun 15, 2005 · Probably only 5-10 percent are really serious. Polo, Khakis, Decent Shoes, No Facial hair, and a consevative, fresh haircut. I recommend a two-day old haircut (unless it's a high-and-tight) for any scheduled contact with the agency. If you won't stand behind our troops, PLEASE, feel free to stand in front of them.

Mar 17, 2022 · To all those starting the academy: Be on time, be clean shaven, have a neat haircut (no hair touching the collar), wear business attire (a MATCHING suit with a tie), and pay attention. Start doing push-ups, sit-ups, mountain climbers, and planks every day until you start. Start running at least a mile and a half a couple of times per week.

09-10-2004, 11:10 AM. We were told in the academy that the proper way for a women in Class A uniform to wear her hair is up off the collar. The instructor was ex-military, I believe. As far as my own dept, they don't enforce anything about how the women wear their hair.
