May 24, 2019 · The slides gets enlarged while trying to print the slides along with the notes page(see 1st image). Only a portion of the slide is visible in the print preview. There was no issue while printing only the slides (without notes page). It looks like the notes master got messed up while collaborating online in onedrive/sharepoint.

Everything looks fine in normal view but when I go to print out the notes (one slide per note), the slides are generally situated on top of some of the text. Also, on some pages the text stops abruptly when there is plenty of space left and carries over onto another page.

I am trying to print a presentation with notes. When I go to print the presentation with notes, the majority of the slides come up properly sized with notes (the first snip). However, some of the slides appear as small icons in one corner of the print area (third snip) and others have the notes overlapping the the slides (2nd snip).

Sep 27, 2016 · But just so you understand what's going on, when you choose to print from the web app, it converts your presentation to PDF and sends that to you. The PDF opens in Acrobat or Reader or whatever and you print from there. What you're seeing is the Acrobat/Reader print dialog box, not PowerPoint's.
