Here's my current workflow, without using Passkeys for anything: I log into my Bitwarden vault with username/password, with my Yubikeys as a 2nd factor. Then I use it for all my usernames/passwords. When websites support FIDO2 as a 2nd factor, I use my Yubikeys for that (unlimited storage!)
