Today is Ageism Awareness Day - a great day to catch the stories you are telling yourself about growing older. Then, instead of listening to those stories, test them. And you can use two of my favorite words here - What If? STORY #1: “I’ll inevitably become weak and frail.” How do you know? The research really does suggest otherwise. What if you consistently asked your body to be strong in all sorts of ways? What if frailty is more the result of disuse and low expectations than of accumulation o
