Single leg squats rather than kegels. This is advanced, so if you can't do this, work on regular squats with both legs or go back to part two and see the squat modification. Once you become more advanced I like to see if there is a difference in strength on the left verses right legs. This is especially important for people who have bladder leakage with exercise or activity.
