The C - Skip or Tuck skip in my system is often done incorrectly. The sideways hip opener version has no transfer to running… it’s a warm up drill. But a great drill nonetheless. The C-Skip was invented by Gerard Mach in Canada. It’s about creating a short lever by tucking the heel under the hips. Hence I call it Tuck.
