Chef James began his culinary journey during Walt Disney World’s 25th anniversary, where he worked in Cinderella’s Royal Table as a cook. 25 years later, James is a Chef de Cuisine at the Flavor Lab, where he designs and creates all of the food & beverage offerings throughout our World.
