ICE RESCUE TRAINING: First responders from Stanton Fire and Rescue and Pilger spent the morning training with Pierce Fire and Rescue at Maskenthine Lake, along with Stanton County EMA. Today marked perfect training conditions because this is the weather where people mistakenly think it’s OK for one last day ice fishing. We stress - it is NOT safe.
