The Best Exercise for The Upper Back; if I could only pick one ☝️. Could only be this answer really. Although there’s a few options for upper back exercises, not much difference in growth would be seen between them so the real answer is your favourite exercise as usual! I do personally prefer some movement of the humerus as it has a rythm with the scapular so feels nicer for me as well as others. So that is a fair point for choosing a row instead!
