⚙️ Common Mack and Volvo ECM issues These ECMs (MP7, MP8, D12, and D13) often fail due to: 1️⃣ Injector faults — one or more injectors may fail at the same time. 2️⃣ ECM not communicating or powering on — the truck won’t start. 3️⃣ Barometric pressure sensor failure — this sensor is built inside the ECM.
