ONE DAY AS A PRO RUNNER IN KENYA 😂 I woke up at 4:30 am in the 42 House High Altitude Training Center to get ready for a 35 km long run ❤️ We arrived before the sunrise at the starting point and we did 3 km warm up drills! At 6:30 am we started the long run on the Moiben Road 👍 After the run I had an amazing recovery eating the Ugali, a typical African food 😋 It was amazing living one day with Kiprun athletes and running together (until I managed to keep up the pace 😅) ——— UN GIORNO DA PRO R
