THE BEST SPRING FRUIT SALAD ⬇️ This fruit salad is so good I could eat the entire thing in one sitting 🤪 Recipe: •1-2 cups of 3-5 fruits (In the spring I like to use strawberries, pineapple, kiwis & mango) •A drizzle of honey •1 small lime •1-2 tablespoons of chopped fresh mint, minced Dice all of your fruit, honestly the smaller the better with this one! Add to a bowl, drizzle with honey, squeeze fresh lime juice and add the mint. Toss to combine, taste and adjust honey, lime and mint as neede
